Christmas and Easter

Module Overview

The Story of the Savior
This four-lesson series provides holiday-specific lessons. The first two lessons are designed to be used around Christmas. These lessons will encourage children to seek God’s will through His Word and celebrate His birth by telling others about Him. The second two lessons are designed to be used around Easter, and focus on the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Children will be encouraged to believe in Jesus as their Savior and tell others the good news of the Gospel.

Lessons

Trust and Obey

1 
Children will learn that God is trustworthy and will be challenged to live in trusting obedience to God’s Word.

Celebrate the Savior

2 
Children will learn that Jesus Christ was born to save all mankind and will be encouraged to celebrate His birth by telling others about Him.

Taking My Place

3 
Children will learn that Jesus Christ died to pay the price for sin and will be challenged to believe in Him as Savior.

The Hope of the Empty Tomb

4 
Children will learn about the necessity of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and will be encouraged to joyfully tell others the good news of the Gospel.
