The Case for Forgiveness

Module Overview

This four-lesson topical series is designed to help children develop godly character. The lessons will challenge the children to forgive those who hurt them, to praise God for His mercy, to always choose forgiveness, and to follow Jesus’ example of forgiveness.

Lessons

1 More Than a Feeling

Children will learn what true forgiveness is and will be encouraged to forgive those who hurt them.

2 The Faithful Forgiver

Children will learn about the forgiveness of God and will be urged to praise God for His mercy.

3 Forgiveness Unlimited

Children will learn that there is no limit to how often they should forgive and will be urged to always choose forgiveness.

4 Follow and Forgive

Children will understand why they should forgive others and will be encouraged to follow Christ’s example of forgiveness.
